Pope Francis in Budapest
On April 28th, 2023 Pope Francis arrived in Budapest for his three-day Apostolic Journey to Hungary. This is the fifth time in Hungary’s history that the head of the Roman Catholic Church has visited the country.

Hungarian Folk Dance Camp
Sylvie Paquette will open the gates of Sonrisa Farms (in Alexandria, North Glengarry, ON K0C 1A0) for another Hungarian folk music and dance symposium on the third weekend of May this year.
Camping available on-site, or motel rooms can be booked in the nearby village.
The majority of the programs will be partially outdoors.

Further Your Education In Hungary
The Consulate General of Hungary will hold a virtual conference with regard to the possibility of continuing education in Hungary for the youth of the Hungarian diaspora. The online discussion will take place on March the 7th, at 10 am. The attendance is free, but a registration is required at the rsvp.tor.mfa.gov.hu e-mail address by March the 5th.
