Remembering The Heroes of 1956. Flag raising at Ottawa City Hall

On October 23, at 9:00 a.m., the Hungarian flag will be raised in the square in front of the Ottawa City Hall in the joint organization of the Hungarian Embassy in Ottawa and the city of Ottawa in the memory of 1956 revolution and freedom fight.
Afterwards, at 10:30 a.m. at the Beachwood Cemetery (280 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa), the Hungarian House of Ottawa will organize a wreath-laying ceremony at the 1956 memorial.
